High-quality polyurethane exterior wall coatings based on latest technology of 2K water base high end polyurethane chemistry. The common headache of normal exterior paint is either crack or easy to pick up dirt. Modern 2K waterborne polyurethane offer superior crack bridge, dirt pick-up resistance, raining mark resistance, water resistance, and excellent weather ability. Another economic option is blend of Polyurethane and Acrylics, which offer a balance of performance and cost.
However, there is a common unmet need for improved water resistance (whitening after rain) and dirt pick-up resistance. Clear sealer based on 2K Modern waterborne polyurethane shows good result. What’s more, polyurethane products offer outstanding protection against carbonation.
Their use in protective coatings for bridges, train stations, underpasses or administrative buildings prevents corrosion in the steel reinforcements of the concrete so no dangerous fragments can break off the facades.

Our 6 & 8 step process ensures your coating will stand the test of time. This all starts with proper concrete preparation of which we use industrial diamond-grinders to level and hone the surface to ensure best adhesion. Extra steps like moisture testing, crack repair and filling of control joints are done to properly prepare the surface. A primer coat then seals and bonds the coating to the concrete. Next, a colour coat and layer of colour-chips is applied for decorative effect. And finally the clear top coat provides chemical and scratch resistance. Silica for added traction and a 2nd top coat are not typically needed but available as options.
